Hi! I’m Liv, founder and instructor behind REFORM BY LIV, my exclusive 1:1 Reformer and Mat Pilates Private Studio based in the beautiful countryside setting of Northamptonshire. My passion behind REFORM BY LIV is to provide my clients with a safe and supportive environment for them to experience the transformative benefits pilates has to offer, no matter their prior exercise history. Through my individually tailored sessions, form correction techniques and applying the timeless fundamental principles of Pilates, I want to ensure my clients are moving with intention and with the long-term goal of maintaining and building strength, mobility and flexibility.
